How key limits work
Deposit and wager limits apply on a day, week, or month cycle. Loss limits use a specific method: losses are measured against your original deposit, not your current balance.
For example, if you deposit CAD 75 and set a loss cap of CAD 15, then win CAD 1,500, you can still lose more than CAD 15. That’s because the cap is based on the initial deposit amount, not later winnings.

Breaks, blocks, and withdrawals
Cooling-off is a temporary break. During this period, deposits and promotions are not available. Withdrawals remain available, and the account reactivates automatically when the set period ends.
Self-exclusion disables the account for a longer block and removes it from promotions. While active, deposits and withdrawals are not available. If funds remain, support can help arrange a withdrawal. KYC may still be required, and payouts follow casino limits.
Self-exclusion by request also blocks access for a fixed or open period. During the block, you will not be able to log in or request withdrawals yourself, so support assistance is required for any remaining balance.
Age checks and identity verification
