In Canada, SpinRise sets rules for eligibility, account use, KYC, payments, and access to games. By opening an account or using the services, you agree to follow these Terms.

Who can use SpinRise

You must be at least 18, or the legal age where you live; in Canada this may be 19 depending on your province or territory. You are responsible for confirming whether online gambling is lawful in your location.

Real-money play is blocked in a range of restricted countries, and players located there cannot deposit or play. Game availability can also be limited by region, including additional restrictions for Canada and Ontario based on provider rules.

Accounts, security, and KYC

Using deposited funds

Deposits must be wagered before cash-out. The wagering requirement depends on the game category.

Bonuses, promotions, and restrictions

Refunds usually complete within 5–7 banking days.

Service limits, errors, and liability

Gambling carries a risk of loss, and you can lose money. We are not responsible for hardware, software, or connectivity issues that prevent access or disrupt play.

If a wager, payout, or credit occurs in error, we may cancel or re-settle affected bets and reverse incorrectly credited funds. Obvious pricing or crediting errors may be corrected or voided.

Complaints and disputes

For complaints or disputes, contact support using the methods available within the SpinRise service. If the issue is not resolved, it is escalated internally, and server records determine outcomes where results differ.

Disputes are handled by arbitration in Cyprus under Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules. Any claim related to these Terms must be filed within 1 year.

Account closure and non-transferability

You may not assign, pledge, sell, or otherwise transfer your account, balance, winnings, or claims without consent. Third-party payments and third-party account use are not allowed.

To close your account, contact support through the available on-site channels. For material breaches, accounts may be suspended or closed, winnings tied to the breach may be confiscated, and bonuses may be forfeited.
